MERCER ISLAND, Wash., Sept. 4, 2024 /Christian Newswire/ -- Best Christian Workplaces, a leader in Christian employee engagement surveys, announces the launch of the new Adjunct Survey, allowing leaders in higher-ed to hear directly from their adjunct faculty.
This survey complements Best Christian Workplaces' signature Employee Engagement Survey by equipping university leaders with additional tools to build a Flourishing Workplace™. While the Employee Engagement Survey captures feedback from traditional full-time and part-time faculty, the Adjunct Survey is specifically tailored to address the unique needs of adjunct professors. By gathering targeted insights, this new survey provides institution leaders with a deeper understanding of how these valuable educators experience and perceive the college or university's culture.
With 22 core questions, the survey gives adjunct professors a platform to voice their perspectives directly to faculty leadership. It also features expanded demographic questions, asking survey takers about course load and class levels, to ensure leaders gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles that adjuncts play within the institution.
