Does that sound like a bold and reckless statement for me to be making? It didn't seem to be when I addressed Deputy Chief of Homeland Security, Kristen Douglas, as well as various Congressional members in separate meetings back in July. Believe it or not, they appeared to be taking me seriously; that is, all of this hinging on the presumption that we are able to elect a new Commander-In-Chief with the will and backbone to carry it out.

We call it "The Elijah Project" which is based on a strategy employed by General Douglas MacArthur in his peace agreement with Hirohito at the close of World War II; as well as that of the Biblical prophet, Elijah, in his confrontation with the prophets of Baal (I Kings 18).

If implemented, it will attract every terrorist group into one location, ultimately humiliate them in the eyes of their own followers and open the path toward a newfound outlook among Radical Islam's most ardent supporters.
