SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 5, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- The producers for GSN's highest-rated original series of all time, THE AMERICAN BIBLE CHALLENGE are on a coast to coast search to discover the next champions of THE AMERICAN BIBLE CHALLENGE. The third season of the hit series hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy along with Grammy® winner Kirk Franklin as musical co-host is slated to air in 2014.
This September, casting directors from THE AMERICAN BIBLE CHALLENGE will be traveling to select cities across the country searching for teams of three, who want to have fun and compete to win money for their favorite charity. Not limited to these select cities, casting is open to all enthusiastic contestant teams around the country. Eligible teams should have competitive spirits, great personal testimonies and, of course, an outstanding knowledge of the Bible.

Comedian and author Jeff Foxworthy hosts THE AMERICAN BIBLE CHALLENGE, a one-hour game show in which contestants compete based on their knowledge of the Bible. Utilizing current as well as historical references, questions are drawn from the rich, dense narrative found in the world's best-selling book.
