PORTLAND, Ore., Jan. 28, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ -- Restored Hope Network is excited to announce the keynote speaker for their June 27th & 28th, 2014 annual conference in Portland, Oregon. As special keynote, Dr. Larry Crabb will be speaking on Saturday, June 28th. Dr. Crabb is a well-known psychologist, conference and seminar speaker, Bible teacher, popular author, and founder/director of NewWay Ministries.
Dr. Crabb received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois. He is the author of many books including; Understanding People, The Marriage Builder, Finding God, Connecting, The Safest Place on Earth, The Pressure's Off, Shattered Dreams, and SoulTalk. His latest book, Fully Alive, was released in June 2013.
Joining Dr. Crabb will be additional keynote speakers -- Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, one of three founders of National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (Narth), is a psychologist whose specialty is working with men who wish to diminish their same-sex attractions and develop their heterosexual potential. Drs. Earl and Sandy Wilson of Tuff Stuff Ministries will minister to individuals dealing with sexual addiction as well as facing crises in marriage.
Georgene and Dan Rice, of KPDQ's The Georgene Rice Show, will lead worship and praise. Additional teaching sessions will include break outs on a variety of topics for individuals, family and friends, pastors, and counselors from such speakers as Robert Gagnon, Andrew Comiskey, Anne Paulk, and many others.
