WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 /Christian Newswire/ -- Correction: In today's program (Thursday, September 16, 2010) - at 4:30 PM Eastern, or 6 PM Eastern at www.TerryCast.com - Randall Terry deals with tragic deaths around the world that are in part blamed on tearing pages out of the Koran in front of the White House on September 11, which Randall Terry helped organize.
Regarding those who declare Christians who tear out pages of the Koran are to blame for the violence, Mr. Terry states:
"The Koran pages we tore out say that Christians and Jews should be imprisoned, banished, crucified, beheaded, or murdered. To show respect for a book that calls for our murder is absurd, if not suicidal.
"We are truly sad to learn of the death of over 20 people around the world as a result of violence related to the ‘desecration’ of the Koran in America on September 11, but to blame us is ludicrous.
"Such logic is like saying that a woman who is abused by her boyfriend or husband is guilty of bringing violence on herself because she said or did something that irritated him.
"We are discussing our next actions."
