AMARILLO, Texas, Mar. 30 /Christian Newswire/ -- Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today said that Governor Butch Otter's signature of a parental consent for abortion bill will both restore parents' rights and reduce the number of teen abortions.

"Governor Otter's approval of this bill is an appropriate response to the abortion industry's willingness to sell abortions to teenagers behind their parents' backs," said Fr.
