WASHINGTON, Penn., June 13, 2023 /Christian Newswire/ -- The following is submitted by Dan Corner of Evangelical Outreach.
"...I [Mary] promise to assist AT THE HOUR OF DEATH with the GRACES necessary for SALVATION all those who, in order to make reparation to ME, on the First Saturday of five successive months, go to confession, receive Holy Communion, say five decades of the ROSARY, and keep ME company for a quarter of an hour, meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the ROSARY."
That entire salvation message is highly antithetical to God's word. Here is the clear proof: Stephen, who also was full of grace (Acts 6:8), prayed to Jesus at the hour of his death - not to Mary (Acts 7:59); no one in the earliest church ever made reparation (restitution) to Mary for sins or for anything else as she is not our Advocate, Mediator, Savior, Judge, etc. (Acts 4:12; 1 Tim. 2:5; 1 John 2:1; Titus 2:13; 2 Tim. 4:1; etc.); Mary is also not the dispenser of saving grace, as various people were saved and healed WITHOUT MARY (Luke 23:42,43; 7:47-50; 19:9; 18:13,14; 8:41-55;1 Jn. 2:12; etc.); the Rosary is an invention from 1090 AD, which wrongly declares Mary as 'our life, sweetness and hope,' instead of Jesus (Col. 3:4; Mt. 11:9; 1 Tim. 1:1) and which boldly violates the way we are to pray (Mt. 6:6-8).
The Five First Saturdays' Salvation Plan preaches a false way for salvation - one that is vastly different from the true plan of salvation in God's word (1 Cor. 15:1-4; Acts 20:21; 26:20; 1 Thess. 1:9b; Mt. 11:28,29; Lk. 9:23; Acts 3:19; 4:12; 10:43; etc.), and such will condemn that person just for preaching it (Gal. 1:8,9).
The focus regarding saving faith and salvation is repentance and 100% faith/trust in the Lord JESUS (a submissive obedient faith) leaving 0% in Mary (Jn. 14:6; Acts 16:30,31; 1 John 5:12,13; Jn. 3:36; 1 Pet. 2:6; etc.), and our enemy, the devil (1 Pet. 5:8), can come in a vision, as an "angel of light," to deceive (2 Cor. 11:14).
The magisterium "approved" 1917 Fatima Marian apparitions, when TESTED with scripture (1 Thess. 5:21), reveal that they cannot be from God, who gave us his written word. The 'Mary,' who appeared at Fatima, was obviously an imposter, a demon impersonating the real Mary, to deceive sincere people, if possible. (Demons can cause miracles - Rev. 16:14.) Fatima even had an obvious false prophecy about an appearance, which wrongly occurred on August 15, 1917, instead of the August 13, 1917, that 'Mary' promised.
IN CONCLUSION: IF you believe the Fatima false plan of salvation, you will be eternally lost to raging and unquenchable fire. Go solely by God's eternal word in order to know the truth, and act on it to be saved. Cry out to God for mercy and salvation. Go by the New Testament to learn God's truth. [FYI: other religions also claim visions from God - Mormonism, Seventh Day Adventism, Islam, Unification Church, etc. all claim visions.] The real Mary of the Bible (which is not 'our Lady of Fatima') would want you to listen to God's word (Jn. 2:5), not a contradiction, but will YOU?
