CHANDLER, Az., Sept. 20, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ -- Finishers Project (finishers.org), the world's largest mission-matching service with a proprietary matching search engine, announces the formation of a new parent organization to house their expanding suite of mobilization ministries.
MissionNext (missionnext.org) is the name of the new parent organization. Under the MissionNext banner will be Finishers Project, still mobilizing mid-life adults; MissionXplore (missionxplore.org), mobilizing Gen-Xers; Mission:TEACH (missionteach.com) mobilizing teachers and staff for mission schools; BAMmatch (bammatch.com), connecting business people with business-as-mission opportunities worldwide; as well as newly developing mobilization targets.
In addition to the high-tech matching process, MissionNext has implemented a strong high-touch approach through the development of a coaching component designed to make personal contact with all who apply, as well as helping our mission agency partners find good candidates.
MissionNext will continue to hold mobilization events such as the Forums, with keynote speakers and teaching sessions to challenge and guide individuals toward missions, and more intensive, next-step weekend retreats, called The Journey Deepens (thejourneydeepens.com), with small group interactions and individual coaching.

As a non-denominational mobilization agency, MissionNext desires to partner with churches to host Forums and The Journey Deepens retreats, with mission agencies to assist with their recruitment efforts, and with individual believers, enabling them to find new ministry opportunities.
