NASHVILLE, June 6, 2024 /Christian Newswire/ -- Dr. Ron Susek, respected author of the widely acclaimed book, "The Assyrian Prophecy," believes Christianity needs to take note as well as support in prayer, the long awaited movement being seen globally in the restoration of Assyria—as prophesied in Isaiah 19:23-25.
Prior to embarking on a June schedule of Assyrian related West Coast speaking engagements and before departing the US for Australia, Dr. Susek today noted:
"Assyria, once the greatest empire on earth, fell in 612 B.C. Becoming followers of Jesus Christ, she went throughout Asia leaving 60-80 million converts in her wake. Eventually opposition drove her into the pit of obscurity. There, Assyrians have suffered unimaginable losses: homes, lands and life. Nations made promises followed by betrayals, leaving her to suffer horrifying massacres."
Today, some twenty-seven hundred years later, we see Assyria was named in a prophecy found in Isaiah 19:23-25, which reads:
23 In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and Assyria will come into Egypt, and Egypt into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. 24 In that day Israel will be the third with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, 25 whom the LORD of hosts has blessed, saying, "Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance."
February 27, 2024, Former president of France, Nicolas Sarkozy addressed a large crowd of leaders. He said four things that could indicate Isaiah's 2,700-year-old prophecy is coming of age.
First, "The Middle East without Christians is not the Middle East."
Second, "Mesopotamia without Assyrians is not Mesopotamia."
Third, Sarkozy emphasized the importance of recognizing the crimes Turks committed that nearly exterminated the Assyrian nation.
Fourth, he promised the Assyrians that he would speak directly with President, Emmanuel Macron, about recognizing the Assyrian genocide.
Previous to this event, AINA News reported: "The Senate of France passed a resolution…recognizing the Turkish genocide of Assyrians in World War I, which killed 750,000 Assyrians (75% of the nation), as well as one million Greeks and 1.5 million Armenians. The vote was 300 in favor and 2 against.
On April 30, 2024, the French Parliament added to the Senate's resolution their own resolution holding the Ottoman Empire (today's Turkey) responsible for committing genocide against the Assyrian people.
Is it possible that France's resolutions are announcing a Divine cosmic shift toward the fulfillment of Isaiah's prophecy? If so, here are seven things to expect in coming news.
First, America, England and Australia (to name a few) will pass similar resolutions to hold Turkey accountable for the genocides following WWI.
Second, The free nations of the world will bypass the failure of the United Nations and bear the responsibility of defending and protecting justice and freedom for all peoples and nations lacking numeric and military strength.
Third, Turkey will return Assyria's homeland to her and honor her right to become an independent sovereign state.
Fourth, Iraq and Syria will follow suit by restoring Assyria to her homeland of 4,000 years and protect her right to statehood.
Fifth, Assyria will be protected until she has become strong in self-defense.
Sixth, A spiritual bond of worship will be formed between Assyria, Israel and Egypt out of which will flow blessing to the entire world.
Seven, Assyria will prove to be a gyro a trustworthy peace to the Middle East.
If this is accurate, it is another sign that we are approaching the end of this age, and that the coming Messiah is soon to establish the kingdom of God on earth.
Sound impossible? It is apart from a "Divine cosmic shift" that may be underway. Compliant nations will be blessed. Resisting nations will suffer consequences perhaps similar to those Pharaoh experienced by ignoring Moses' words to "Let my people go."
