HARRISBURG, Penn., Dec. 14, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Congratulations to the Pa. General Assembly on Passing S.B. 732, Which is Abortion Facility Regulation Legislation.

Michael J. McMonagle, the President of our organization, issued the following statement. "This legislation only requires that abortion facilities in Pa. meet the same standards as 'Ambulatory Surgical Facilities' in Pa. Nevertheless, we believe that the enactment of this legislation will provide a small but significant advance in protecting women and children from Pa.'s abortion industry. For certain, the enactment of this legislation will mitigate the abuses committed by and the political protection received by Pa.'s abortion industry.
