DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 29 /Christian Newswire/ -- Rev. Rob Schenck (pronounced SHANK) was present on the platform in Dayton today and spoke personally with both Sen. John McCain and his newly announced running mate Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska.

Schenck personally congratulated Sen. McCain on his choice. McCain responded warmly by telling Schenck he was deeply honored by the compliment.
