Unique Christian Products Create a Fresh Approach for Witnessing

Contact: Cranford Blackmon, 205-876-4146

WILSONVILLE, Alabama, Feb. 5 /Christian Newswire/ -- Cranford Blackmon of Wilsonville, Al has designed a unique line of Christian products to promote a new avenue of sharing Christ. Focused mainly on youth and young adults, the products are intended to both inspire Christians, and more importantly, to get non-believers to ask about the imagery on each item. Since the world is already inundated with jewelry and other products that focus on the cross, his products focus on the resurrection and what it means for Christians.

As a teen, and even now as an adult, Blackmon is one of the many people who have struggled with finding a way to share his belief with others. He found too many times that an unsolicited offering on the sinful nature of someone's life, or on how someone's troubles could be faced better with Jesus, or even worse - that the person being addressed is already headed straight to hell, doesn't often bring others to Christ. He says, in today's world, that approach commonly creates anger, separation, and rejection, if not outright hostility. If the person being addressed is a classmate or coworker who you see regularly, it can make for some very difficult days, if they don't take your "sharing" well.

However, when someone asks about your religion, or why you wear a certain pin, or have an interesting bumper sticker, they are already prepared to listen. Those questions create an opening to plant the seed of Christianity within that person. This is why Blackmon designed his products with imagery that is a little different. A Christian might get the point of the image immediately. But others will hopefully be curious enough to ask "what does your necklace mean?" or some other question that allows a moment of genuine, openness. With an answer like - "it reminds me of an old empty grave, and it really keeps me smiling" who could resist asking for more of an explanation?

Currently, you can see these new witnessing tools on his website: www.infinitevictory.com where he also has a section to display tips and successes in the sharing of the good news submitted by site visitors. He hopes to have his products (with more on the way) in stores in the upcoming year.
