Awards are given to individuals and organizations that demonstrate a high level of interest in, and practical application of, godliness in the workplace.
2015 recipients include Charles Fields, Owner of The Fields Company, a global management consulting firm in Tolland, Connecticut (Most on-fire business owner category); Lady Mystique, the on-the-air personality name for a music and talk radio show host on WHUS-FM on the University of Connecticut main campus in Storrs (Most Helpful Journalist category); C12 of Southern New England, a discipleship ministry for Christian business owners led by Rick Ferris in North Kingstown, Rhode Island (Most Helpful Para-Church Ministry category); the FAITH+WORK+YOU Conference sponsored by Outcome, a faith-based job search ministry led by Robert Jones of Barrington, Rhode Island (Most Helpful Resource category); and Joel Rissinger, President of Communicate to Lead in Newington, Connecticut. Rissinger is an ordained pastor, marketplace chaplain, speaker and teacher with the John Maxwell Team (Most Helpful Speaker category).
