SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 17 /Christian Newswire/ -- In the recent Supreme Court decision which upheld the partial birth abortion ban the Justice Foundation's Amicus Brief was the only brief cited by the Court. In Justice Kennedy's opinion he quoted from the Justice Foundation's Brief on behalf of Sandra Cano, the former "Doe" of Doe v. Bolton and 180 Women Hurt By Abortion. The Supreme Court said that abortion hurts some women causing severe depression and loss of self-esteem.

The Court listened to the women of Operation Outcry, The Justice Foundation's project to end legalized abortion by mobilizing men and women who have had abortions to tell the courts the truth that abortion hurts women.  See www.operationoutcry.org.

The Court also said it does not have reliable data on the size of the problem.  In response to this The Justice Foundation's goal is to collect 1,000,000 declarations (legally admissible evidence) from men and women who have had abortions.

Two of The Justice Foundation's lawyers, Allan Parker, President, and Clayton Trotter, General Counsel, are available to discuss the partial birth abortion ban decision.  Allan Parker and Clayton Trotter also represent Norma McCorvey, the Roe of Roe v. Wade and Sandra Cano, the Doe of Doe v. Bolton, the two cases that brought abortion to America and these women are now trying to reverse their cases.

Operation Outcry women across the country are also available for interviews.  These women powerfully describe the devastation that abortion caused in their lives.  The Justice Foundation Operation Outcry project includes a 24/7 day a week toll free helpline number staffed by women who have had abortions to provide help and spiritual counseling to those affected, which you can use on air, 1-866-482-LIFE.

We would like to let your listeners know about this national movement. This will be especially timely in January as we approach the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
