The four comics worked together Fall 2008 on a successful tour in support of the release of The Apostles of Comedy; The Movie. The film and Fall 2008 tour received rave reviews from Christian and secular audiences and media outlets throughout the country. Apostles of Comedy is groundbreaking inspirational entertainment that is family friendly and has already proven to be a smash hit.
The tour features award - winning comedians Jeff Allen - Showtime, Comedy Central, VH1, Brad Stine- known for his edgy commentary, has been featured on CNN, FOX News, New Yorker magazine, as well as Promise Keepers events, Ron Pearson -The George Lopez Show, That 70's Show, The Drew Carey Show, Malcolm & Eddie, among others, and Anthony Griffith- a frequent guest on The Tonight Show, HBO, Comedy Central and The Bernie Mac Show. The live performance is not only hilariously funny but will also give you a rare look into the lives of four of Christian comedy's biggest and most inspirational comedians today. The national tour kicks off in Surprise, AZ on April 19, 2009, with over 25 shows in 14 states before the end of May, including AZ, CA, OR, WA, MT, UT, CO, MN, MI, KY, TN, SC, AL and LA with more destinations to be announced.
