MEDIA ADVISORY, Aug. 17 /Christian Newswire/ -- Florida authorities have suspended the operating licenses of two abortion facilities and temporarily shut down three others following the alleged performances of illegal late term abortions. These actions come on the heels of two Alabama clinic closings last week for state regulatory violations and a report this week that a baby may have been born alive at yet another Florida abortion facility and then killed.

Fr. Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, reacted to these developments: "The weak points of the abortion industry are the clinics and the abortionists. For years, Priests for Life has been writing and preaching that abuses like those uncovered in Florida and Alabama are going on routinely nationwide.
