Bobby Franklin. First elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1996, Rep. Franklin (R-Marietta) represents the 43rd District.  He is a graduate of Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, he earned a degree in Biblical Studies and Business Administration.  Bobby is the proud father of three adult children.  He is an active member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church.

 

Rep. Franklin is known and respected as the most socially conservative member of the Georgia General Assembly.  He is especially dedicated to defending the Right to Life from conception to natural death.  He continues to sponsor and vote for legislation to save the lives of unborn babies, protect women from exploitation by abortionists, and restore a culture of life in our state and nation.

 

He will talk about HB1, the bill that treats abortion as murder, which he introduces every session.  Also, he will address the issues and problems the Georgia legislature encountered when they transitioned from Democratic to Republican control.  Bobby also would like to reserve a good amount of time to take your questions.
