Post-Abortive Women Struggle After Release of Planned Parenthood Exposé Videos

Contact: Brandi Swindell, Founder/CEO, Stanton Healthcare, 208-867-1307

BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 16, 2015 /Christian Newswire/ -- Stanton Healthcare and Women For Quality Healthcare have created a video to reach post-abortive women and men impacted by the recent investigative videos into Planned Parenthood practices.

Stanton Healthcare, a life-affirming women's medical clinic, provides quality care and compassionate alternatives to abortion through confidential and professional services. As a non-profit clinic, a team of physicians, nurses, sonographers, and trained client advocates offer individualized care and support to women at no charge.

The Center for Medical Progress released the 10th video this week in the "Human Capital" documentary web series. In it Planned Parenthood workers and executives discuss and even laugh about trafficking aborted baby body parts.

In response to these grotesque practices by Planned Parenthood, Stanton Healthcare offers hope through a brief video that can be shared through social media, during church services and through many other platforms.

Brandi Swindell, Founder and CEO of Stanton Healthcare states, "Once again we have clear evidence that Planned Parenthood doesn't really care about women or quality healthcare, rather women are seen as a way to profit from financially."

Swindell continues, "It is an extreme violation against a woman to exploit her not only once, but twice, first by selling and performing the violent act of abortion and then by trafficking her aborted baby."

Swindell adds, "We must reach out with compassion to those women who have been exploited and are suffering emotionally, physically and spiritually from a past abortion. By offering help through counseling and support we can release women and men from the silent prison of abortion regret. Let these videos be a catalyst for healing. I encourage churches, pastors, healthcare professionals and people of goodwill to provide a safe place of care and hope to those affected by abortion. Because they won't find it at Planned Parenthood."

Barbara Latten, Volunteer R.N. with Stanton Healthcare states. "As a post abortive woman myself, I am grateful for these videos that expose the truth about Planned Parenthood. My heart also breaks for every woman who has experienced the trauma of an abortion and regrets having had an abortion. Women now have to relive that trauma with a new added level of pain… asking themselves, 'Did Planned Parenthood sell my baby? Was my baby sold and used for financial gain?' Planned Parenthood's deceptive and profit driven practices have caused women tremendous anguish. And that's not quality care."

Latten adds, "My hope is that post abortive women watch our video and realize they're not alone and that there's hope. They don't have to carry shame anymore. They can seek help and receive healing. This is what quality health care for women looks like."
