LOS ANGELES, Dec. 30, 2013 /Christian Newswire/ -- JCTV, the exclusive youth music and entertainment channel of Trinity Broadcasting Network, will ring in the new year with Liberty University's Winterfest 2013, featuring two hours of live action and music from some of the most popular artists in contemporary Christian music, including Skillet, Third Day, the City Harmonic, Tenth Avenue North, and Audio Adrenaline.

The event will also mark the re-launch of JCTV as JUCE TV, as the nation's premier faith-based youth entertainment network introduces a new logo, a new look, and gears up for some edgy new programming in the weeks ahead.

"We're thrilled to be partnering with the largest Christian university in the world to air the most exciting Christian New Year's Eve party on TV," said TBN Vice President Matthew Crouch. "And what's even more exciting for us at TBN is the privilege we have of announcing the rollout of the all-new JUCE network."

Mr. Crouch recalled that over ten years ago JCTV became Christian television's first network just for teens and young adults. "Now JUCE is poised to entertain and inspire a new generation of viewers with its own unique mix of music, action sports, relevant talk, and more," he said. "We're preparing for our international launch early in 2014, but our official announcement and rollout is happening at Liberty's Winterfest."

Launched by TBN in 2002, JUCE is the only faith-based entertainment network that gears its programming exclusively for viewers ages 14 to 29. From the latest music videos and concerts by top contemporary Christian artists and groups, to action sports and reality shows, feature length films, dramas, and talk shows that tackle relevant issues, JUCE consistently gets high ratings by teens and young adults.

"Statistically, we know that about one in three teens say their faith is important to them," noted Mr. Crouch. "JUCE is the only network that reaches out to this unique demographic. And for parents worried about what their kids are watching, JUCE has received the Parents Television Council's coveted Seal of Approval, which means that not only is JUCE programming entertaining, it's also free of objectionable content."

Tune in to TBN's JUCE network January 31st at 10:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) for Liberty University's New Year's Eve Winterfest party. And log on to jucetv.com January 1st for the rollout of the new JUCE website.
