MONTGOMERY, Ala., July 10, 2015 /Christian Newswire/ -- Some have declared that Alabama is on "high alert" because of Operation Save America coming to Montgomery. No person has anything to fear from gentle Christians, moms, dads, and children who follow the "Prince of Peace" and seek to be true peace makers. We condemn all violence and sign a pledge against it. We seek to overcome evil by doing good. Sadly, the greatest violence is what is happening in the womb against innocent children made in the image of God. God designed the womb to be the safest place for a developing child to flourish. Since Roe vs. Wade, however, many mother's wombs have become tombs instead.

There is something to fear, however. It is the violent rampages afflicting our streets, schools, churches, and work places. God's Word warns, "Bloodshed follows bloodshed" (Hosea 4:1, 2). It will break out like a plague. If our nation sows violence in the womb, should we be amazed at reaping violence outside the womb? When precious children are sacrificed to the idols of convenience, it feeds the violence in our culture. In 1995 when all the abortion clinics shut down in the city of New Orleans for one week, there were no murders on the streets of New Orleans during that week! Even the media reported this phenomenon. In fact, the police gave OSA a police salute as we left New Orleans. May our Lord be pleased to bless Alabama with similar results.

On July 11-18, 2015 hundreds of gentle Christians will come to Montgomery to join the Christians of Alabama and Chief Justice Roy Moore as they stand for Biblical marriage, the right to life for preborn children and the fact that black lives matter, all black lives. We invite others to join us as we make a stand for life, marriage, and righteousness.

Let justice roll as we remember Selma and confront abortion, the evil of today that is decimating the black community and work with the Christians of Alabama to establish Personhood for all people of Alabama, born and preborn. But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. Amos 5:24
