MEDIA ADVISORY, Aug 25 /Christian Newswire/ -- Family.ChristianVolunteering.org was recently launched to connect families with local ministry opportunities, short term family mission trips and volunteering resources. The website, a joint venture between SixSeeds.org and ChristianVolunteering.org, has attracted thousands of organizations--all looking for families to donate their time in helping the disadvantaged.

Free resources include videos, books, links and articles about volunteering with kids, the importance of serving, and how to talk about issues with younger volunteers (poverty, sickness or homelessness).
