Day Gardner of National Black Pro-Life Union Joins Civil Rights Activists for Black History Month Events

WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 /Christian Newswire/ -- On February 28, a coalition of black Civil Rights activists will meet for a day of events examining the impact of abortion on the black community beginning with a press conference at the Family Research Council Media Center at 11am located at 801 G Street, NW in Washington, DC.
They will also march and pray at key locations in the Nation's capitol on behalf of the living and the unborn.
Day Gardner, President of the National Black Pro-Life Union, speaking on behalf of the coalition states: "Throughout the month of February, we take one month out of the year to remember the tragedies and celebrate the triumphs of African Americans in history, but the struggle for civil rights is not yet over. We are the underground railroad of our time and it's up to us to make abortion a thing of our historical past."
