The Texas Medical Board will hold hearings beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Central time) for Robert E. Hanson, Alan Molson, and William W. West, Jr., who are under accusations for various abortion abuses based on complaints filed by Operation Rescue. The hearings are being held at the Texas Medical Board offices at 333 Guadalupe in Austin, Texas.

Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, who is the complainant in all three cases, will be allowed to address the board for ten minutes on each case. He will be available for comment after the hearings at 316-841-1700.

Abortionists Douglas A. Karpen and Franz Theard, whose cases were scheduled for today, have had their hearings postponed because their shared attorney is said to be ill and could not be present.

Five other abortionists will also face Board hearings at a yet to be determined date. Those five are Pedro J. Kowalyszyn, Sherwood C. Lynn, Margaret Kini, Robert L. Prince, and H. Brook Randal.
