MONUMENT, Colo., May 9, 2018 /Christian Newswire/ -- Exploration Films announces the upcoming release of Drop Off, a moral tale about three young, underprivileged teens who stumble onto a discarded duffel bag filled with cash. Faced with the choice of notifying the police, or hiding the much-needed stash in a remote cave the young teens turn to a new adult friend who "won't ask a lot of questions." Having experienced the tragic loss of his own wife and son, the troubled man (Wilson Pruitt) agrees to create a 'philanthropic fund,' to help avoid the potential loss of home (Tim), health (Cruz) and parents (Josh).

Pursued by the two criminals who disposed of the cash, the desperate teens soon learn that money doesn't bring happiness. When their pastor gently reminds them to seek the Truth, they realize there's only one way to find lasting peace.

Written, directed and produced by Lyman Dayton, the Drop Off cast includes Youtube sensation and the Pepsi/Hard Rock Cafe "2017 Rising Artist of the Year," Alex Boye', as Pastor Aiken. America's Got Talent fans may also recognize Boye' from the show's 10th season. The humorous, heartwarming 90-minute film, Drop Off, also features Jacque Gray (Lana), Paul D.
