DALLAS, March 10, 2015 /Christian Newswire/ -- Nationally acclaimed Christian speakers and educators at the upcoming Outcomes Conference (www.OutcomesConference.org) will offer unparalleled insight and strategies for church and Christian nonprofit leaders who want to understand and be equipped for the critical times in which they live.

The Outcomes Conference, the national conference of Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA), is the premier lifelong learning resource for today's Christian leaders. It will be held April 14 –16 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion.  The event will feature more than 350 hours of in-depth Christian leadership training within eight tracks and two leadership forums from top Christian thought leaders, strategists, theologians, college presidents and professors.

Christine Caine, co-founder of The A21 Campaign and director of Equip & Empower Ministries, will deliver a keynote address on the conference theme of "time" and how to be a leader during the time and place God has provided.

"God purposes the times and seasons in which we live," said Caine in the conference edition of CLA's national magazine Outcomes. "He places us in them. God knew the terror and pain humanity would be in right now. And he knew the perfect leaders to have in his church today to navigate these times."

Other keynote speakers include Joni Eareckson Tada, David Kinnaman, Judge Ken Starr, Walt Wilson, Jonathan Evans and Israel Gaither, past National Commander of The Salvation Army, U.S.A., who will deliver the conference's opening general session address.

"This conference is a one-of-a-kind Christian leadership event," said Tami Heim, Christian Leadership Alliance president and CEO. "Our biblically based leadership training equips men and women for the Christ-honoring kingdom leadership to which they've been called."

The conference's eight tracks for educational advancement include: Executive Leadership, Resource Development, People Management and Care, Communications and Marketing, Internet and Technology, Financial Management, Board Governance, and Tax and Legal.

Two leadership forums are also offered to conference attendees – the CEO Forum and Propel for Women in Leadership.
