National Clergy Council, Thomas More College to Honor Three at Convocation and Banquet

MEDIA ADVISORY, Jan. 16 /Christian Newswire/ -- David Pride, Executive Director of the U.S. Supreme Court Historical Society and attorneys and brothers Stephen and Michael Peroutka, partners in Peroutka and Peroutka Law, LLC will each receive the honorary Doctor of Humane Letters for their philanthropic work and community leadership from the Thomas More College of the Liberal arts.
David Pride has served for twenty-six years in the nation’s only institution dedicated to preserving the history and artifacts of the Supreme Court and the Peroutka brothers have built the Institute on the Constitution, a pregnancy resource center and sponsored numerous community based programs and youth sports.
The convocation and banquet dinner which is sponsored by the National Clergy Council and Thomas More College will be held on January 21, 2007, in the Georgetown University Conference Center from 6-9 p.m. Dr. Jeffrey Nelson, President of the Thomas More College of the Liberal Arts, in Merrimack, New Hampshire and Rome, Italy will be the keynote speaker.
