NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- Controversial conservative viral video director Ladd Ehlinger Jr, takes on New York's 9th congressional district and Democrat David Weprin in his latest political video. Partnering with Conservative Action Fund PAC Ehlinger hopes to put a spotlight on the special congressional election scheduled for September 13th.

His video, (seen here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3-528NWA-s), featuring Rabbi Nachum Shifren (The Surfing Rabbi), is aimed at using humor to remind the public of both the embarrassment this district suffered at the hands of former Democrat Congressman Anthony Weiner and the complete lack of support for Israel that current Democrat leadership in Washington exhibits.

"There was no way I was going to sit on the sidelines in this election," said Ehlinger.

Ladd Ehlinger played a part in the "Weiner-Gate" scandal that ended in the resignation of former Representative Weiner, after posting an exclusive interview with the Twitter hacker that released the now infamous picture.

Ehlinger is most famous for his "We Can Do Better Than That" ad for Alabama Agriculture Commissioner candidate Dale Peterson which received both praise from MSNBC's Chris Mathews as well as putting Peterson on Keith Olbermann's "Worst Person in the World" list. The video currently has almost 2.5 million views on youTube.

Ehlinger recently made national headlines in June when his previous video portrayed Democrat congressional candidate Janice Hahn as an incompetent stripper and ally of hardcore gang bangers.

Other works of Ehlinger's include the feature films "Hive Mind" and "Flatland" as well as various viral political videos which have targeted such high profile progressive figures as Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank.
