/ -- All women are invited to join EWTN's Johnnette Benkovic and Fr. Philip Scott, FJ, for the Benedicta Leadership Institute on July 31-August 1, 2014, followed by the 8th Annual Women of Grace Retreat from August 1-3, 2014, at Malvern Retreat House. These retreats have been favored by many women across the country, and expect to attract numerous participants to the oldest and largest Catholic retreat house in the United States.
Johnnette Benkovic, host of EWTN's Women of Grace program, will direct the 8th Annual Women of Grace Retreat with the theme "Women: Bloom Where You Are 'An Aroma of Christ for God's Sake,'" alongside Fr. Philip Scott, FJ, who is Benkovic's spiritual advisor. This retreat will help women discover special ways to be the best possible disciples for God while they feel restored, refilled, and rejuvenated with the Holy Spirit's guidance. It also provides outstanding teachings, special liturgies, a healing prayer service, and much more.
Preceding the 8th Annual Women of Grace Retreat is the Benedicta Leadership Institute, which teaches women the "Fundamentals of the Interior Life: Growing in God, Action, and Holy Leadership." Besides Benkovic and Scott as retreat directors, the retreat will also feature presentations from Patti Gallagher Mansfield and Susan Brinkmann, OCDS. This is an interactive workshop with information on topics such as "The Role of the Holy Spirit," "The Interior Mansions of St. Theresa of Avila," "The Trinitarian Life," and "The Blessed Mother."
Johnnette Benkovic is Founder and President of Women of Grace®, an international apostolate whose ministry features a number of outreaches including conferences, curricula, study groups, and more. Johnnette's Women of Grace television show and radio show are carried by the EWTN Catholic Television and Radio Network.
