MEDIA ADVISORY, Dec. 21 /Christian Newswire/ -- Coram Deo Studios is embarking on its first feature film. Originally founded as a small media division of a large national fundraising company, Signature Fundraising, Coram Deo has flourished into a full working production company. Having produced over a dozen short films, and a children's educational show pilot, they are ready to tackle their first feature film.
The founder of the company, Russ Rice, is very passionate about his faith, and wanted the name of the studio to reflect that. "We want every project to be honoring to God" said Rice. Coram Deo is Latin for, "Before the face of God".
The film, with the working title of No Greater Love, is a touching story of a man and woman, divorced for ten years, and meeting again through the most unlikely circumstances. "We wanted to show how God's power can work to bring these two back together, and ultimately leading to them being reconciled to each other" said Brad J. Silverman, who is writing the screenplay, and directing the film. Production of the film is set to start in early February in Southern California, with a release slated for the spring.
