RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 16, 2024 /Christian Newswire/ -- Missions:Together will host its first regional gathering in New York City on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Cornerstone Church in the East Village, with a focus on what it means to live a life on mission. The half-day event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., with free lunch provided. It is a gathering for like-minded, Great Commission-focused pastors, leaders and believers prepared to have their passion for missions re-ignited.

Missions:Together (M:T) NYC will feature times of worship, practical teaching, action-oriented prayer, a panel discussion, and opportunities to network with representatives from a spectrum of missions efforts, including Pioneer Bible Translators. With a number of New York churches represented, Missions:Together will enjoy the ministry of speakers and contributors such as Ray Cazis, City Life Church Gowanus; Ivan Belets, Cornerstone Church; Keith Paulus, Christ Church NYC; Nick Nowalk, Neighborhood Church of Greenwich Village; Pioneer Bible Translators' JR Bucklew; and more.

Missions:Together NYC precedes a one-day North Carolina regional gathering on Nov. 2, which will emphasize unity around missions over competition between congregations and groups, while providing practical strategies for mission acceleration.
