MEDIA ADVISORY, Sept. 29 /Christian Newswire/ -- 'Poetic Intercessions' is like a little voice from another sphere or age... it’s unique mixture of Dolores Thompson's poetry and the music of Karsten Klemme; They recite and sing Christian, contemplative songs.

Poetic Intercessions is like nothing you have heard before. It is deeply contemplative and mystical.

After attending a Christian Conference in Arizona, Dolores learned of the Catholic Music Association and e-mailed the association a small note stating that she wrote Christian/spiritual poetry and was searching for someone who would be interested in putting her poems to music/song.

In September 2003, she prayed a novena to the Archangels, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael regarding her poetry.

On September 29, 2003, the Feast Day of the Archangels, Michael, Raphael and Gabriel she received a reply to her e-mail request….from Karsten Klemme of Salzbergen, Germany. He was so gracious and eager to hear her poems…she e-mailed him two or three samples of her poetry.

In September 2003 Karsten composed some instrumental pieces which he entitled 'Unspoken Understanding'. During the writing process of these tracks it became clear to him that it would be better to find someone to collaborate with, to leave his place as a 'loner' composer.  He joined different online networks; one of them was the Catholic Music Association. At the end of September he received an e-mail from Dolores, she mailed him some poetry, and as he read it he suddenly 'heard' new music inside of him...

Through much prayer and communication we have worked together to bring about beautiful, inspiring, heart-lifting messages, better known as their new spiritual venture…Poetic Intercessions.

Dolores, a Roman Catholic all of her life; She adores Eucharist and has a devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and many saints.

Karsten, a recent convert to the Catholic Church, manifests a deep love for God, his wife and family. We share the richness of the faith and express this in our cooperation and desire to glorify our Lord through beautiful music and Poetic Intercessions.

Three years and five CDs later, Dolores and Karsten have never personally met. Dolores lives in New Mexico and Karsten lives in Germany. Their songs are produced over the internet.
