According to prosecutor Robert Haida, the woman acused of the vicious attack is now charged with first-degree murder in the death of the mother and also charged with intentional homicide of an unborn child.

“The horrible killing of the unborn child in this case is easily recognized as a crime” , said Day Gardner who is president off the National Black Pro-Life Union. The authorities in St. Louis have charged the woman involved with intentional homicide of an unborn child.
