Cirque Meets the Passion in Theaters This March as Live Action Stage Show Hits the Big Screen

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jan. 25, 2023 /Christian Newswire/ -- For 25 years, over 1 million people have experienced "The Thorn," a live stage experience of movement arts and visual effects portraying Jesus's life, death, and resurrection. Think, cirque meets the Passion. This audience enthusiasm has launched the stage show onto the big screen for a special 2-night Fathom event. Moviegoers nationwide can experience the transformative story for themselves on Monday, March 6, and Tuesday, March 7.

"The Thorn" features a cast of 40 world-class performers who are masters of music, movement arts, and visual effects. And now, masters of film have captured the stage performance, editing down hundreds of hours of 4k footage to allow movie theater audiences to feel as though they're immersed in the live performance.
