HOUSTON, Nov. 4 /Christian Newswire/ -- Kingdom Racing named Richard Jackson as Executive Director of Partner and Sponsor programs. Jackson, a native of Houston, brings 22 years of experience from the investment field to develop Kingdom Racing's Outreach programs around the 2011 IZOD IndyCar season, including the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. He is also an avid Porsche Club Race Instructor and Board Member.
"I have loved car racing since I was a kid and had my bedroom covered with orange Hot Wheels tracks. Now as a believer, husband, father and amateur racer, I am blessed to be able to put all of my greatest passions together. I am delighted to be a part of the Kingdom Racing team. There is a great mission field at every race track," said Jackson.
"Richard is an ideal candidate to develop partners for Kingdom Racing as he has a heart for the Lord, a passion for racing and a strong background in capital management. Richard is a welcome addition to the team and the mission," said owner George Del Canto.
About Kingdom Racing:
Kingdom Racing was formed with a unique mission: To Deliver God's Word through Motorsports. In May 2008, Kingdom Racing made history as the first faith-vision team to compete in the Indianapolis 500-the most famous race in the world, with driver Davey Hamilton. The team's goal is to compete on a full season basis and, combined with the help of national Christian entities, reach one million men and women for Jesus Christ. Through its 2011 race programs, Kingdom Racing expects to gain more national attention and attract partners to execute this mission.
