HOT SPRINGS, Ark., Aug. 21, 2014 /Christian Newswire/ --  Legendary Christian singers Steve Green and Twila Paris will share the stage at Hot Springs Baptist Church in Hot Springs for a concert on Sunday, October 19th at 6:00PM. The concert will highlight some of the best-known Contemporary Christian hits of the '80s and '90s, and also feature the Hot Springs Baptist choir. Tickets for the concert are available at the church or online at www.ccmforever.com. The church is located at 144 Weston Road Hot Springs, AR. The concert is sponsored by the charity organization Mission: Pre-Born.

Since 1980, Twila Paris has released 24 albums and had 33 number one hits. She has been named the Gospel Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year three times, and received 10 Dove Awards and three American Songwriter Awards. Paris was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2007. Several of her original compositions are included in current church hymnals and loved the world over.

Steve Green began his career in Contemporary Christian Music nearly 30 years ago as the lead tenor singer in the Gaither Vocal Band. Green recorded his debut solo album in 1984 and won the Dove Award for Male Vocalist of the Year in 1985. Since that time, he's recorded 32 albums with a total of 18 number one songs. Green has received 4 Grammy nominations, 8 Dove Awards; and in 2010 was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. Come and hear this amazing gifted singer on Oct 18th.
