Faith Coach Launches National Search for Real-World Faith Stories

Contact: Ron Rose, http://www.faithfitness.net, ron@faithfitness.net, 817-239-9229

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas, Aug. 29 /Christian Newswire/ -- On August 27,2006, Ron Rose, founder of Faith Fitness Coaching, announced a search for real-world faith stories. The goal is to collect short personal stories of faith experiences shared by everyday people in all walks of life. Once collected the stories will be recorded and made available on the web and
developed into a "Lake Woebegone"-styled radio program featuring 21st century "front page" faith stories.

Rose is NOT looking for a list of church doctrines you believe in, or what you believe about God or Jesus. He wants your personal account of God's fingerprints in your life. The Stories of Faith Project isn't a search for stories of religious orthodoxy. It's a call for stories of real people in real families, facing real challenges, learning real lessons, getting real understandings, in real jobs, in real schools, in real communities across the country.

"The project is a dream turned into a mission," says Rose. He is convinced that people have stories they want to share. "It may take a while to catch on, but I expect to spend the rest of my life collecting and telling thousands of unheralded 'front page' stories of faith in action."

Think of past moments when you felt God's presence; write your personal anecdotes about victories, failures, struggles, surprises, and "ahas"; tell about breakthroughs, conflicts, rescues, transformations, and wilderness wanderings; report on fears conquered, courageous choices, and everyday realities.

It's simple and straightforward; the stories have to be true, personal, about you and God, and short (no more than 800 words emailed). Please include your name and address with each story you submit.

Go to http://www.faithfitness.net, click on the Faith Stories tab and follow the instructions to submit your story.

Rose reminds, "I'm looking for real faith stories from people of all ages, from church-goers and church-avoiders, from life-long believers and new kids on the block. If God has come close in your life, tell me about it."

If you do not have an Internet connection you can snail-mail your stories to:
