MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 2, 2014 /Christian Newswire -- Layne McDonald Studios aims to open up the Christian filmmaking "experience" like never before. For the first time anyone can learn filmmaking, tryout at casting calls, volunteer on a crew, and even shoot interviews and send them to the studio, directly from their phone.

Women Speak, a pro-life documentary, gives Christian women the ability to share their stories. Any Christian Filmmaker can set up their iPhone, learn how to shoot, shoot interviews, send in the footage from their phone, and see if it gets accepted. It is the first Christian socially-built film. It is being shot completely by people around the country, the studio is shooting "acting segments" from testimonies of ordinary people, and it all will be edited together into a feature film for distribution.

"The iPhone and Android filmmaking app is meant to empower Christians to unite, work together, and create powerful stories. With this being our third film, we have learned a lot about being a ministry first. That means opening our doors to everyone and inviting them to be a part of this wonderful experience, for God. Together we can make a difference. Your voice and testimony can change hearts, minds, and souls. I invite everyone to be involved, for the sake of the hurting. Let your voice be heard. Become a force for God." The Founder, Layne McDonald said.

The app is free and available on iTunes and Google Play! Download today at:
